I purchased a Punch EV Smart variant on December 11, 2024, with a one-month waiting period. I’ve now driven it for 2000 km and completed its first service, which was completely free of charge. My dealer is Luxon TATA. I did experience a breakdown incident once, where the car had an HV critical alarm and I couldn’t change the drive mode. The car was towed to the service center and the issue was resolved, with the car being handed back to me after two days.
