I purchased a Punch EV Smart variant on December 11, 2024, with a one-month waiting period. I’ve now driven it for 2000 km and completed its first service, which was completely free of charge. My dealer is Luxon TATA. I did experience a breakdown incident once, where the car had an HV critical alarm and I couldn’t change the drive mode. The car was towed to the service center and the issue was resolved, with the car being handed back to me after two days.

I travel 85 km daily for my commute to and from the office, which typically requires about 35-38% of the battery charge. I always have the AC set to auto mode at 26°C with fan speed set to level 2. I use Regeneration Mode 2, and I generally get a total range of 210-220 km on a full charge.
